Artist's Comments

I was early to school, daylight savings time had just kicked in and the sun was blindingly painful as our classroom's nothing but glass and the sun doesn't let up until 9 am.

I saw the backlight and noticed the chalkboard blocked some of the light on my teacher who was grading some things. There were 2 shots taken, one was a big fat lens flare and the second was this. She never seems to start her day without her starbucks coffee (then again the coffe machine at school is garbage so you can't blame her).

It's my design teacher, tough as nails, painfully honest, but I'm all the better for it.
